Right click in the clock area to make sure a tick mark is not next to 'show advertisements' option.

When I right clicked on that, I had the option to "remove advertisements" When I clicked on that, a window came up and said 'that advertisements were removed as part of the plus feature" and I had to buy upgrade to that.

Again I have had the plus email(no ads and VIP support) for a long time

Please clarify.

You were asked by me to insert the IncrediMail Premium (or Plus) code that you had.

Did you do that?

If so, Are you able to see it in the Licenses window?

I do not have a code for Premium Plus therefore, no. When I sent a request to send me my codes they sent me Letter Creator and Gold Gallery Liscense codes and I activated them. So all I have is activated. I just KNOW that I had VIP support and No ads before and now I don't.

I agree with you totally. IncrediMail used to be great. The new forums have been useless and all other help is gone. Enough of IncrediMail.

Please note that the IncrediMail Support via email is still available just like before for the IncrediMail Premium\IncrediMail Plus users, the forum is simply meant to give additional support for the users who have not purchased there products.

I cannot get to my Incredimail VIP support page because it freezes when i try to get on Incredimail. It is stuck on a Facebook message, as the first message on my list, so as soon as I go to it, it freezes on that, and I have to close it with program manager. So therefore, I can also not get to any of my other messages, because of this freeze problem!!!! Please help. I tried to update it, and that didn't help. Since that is the first message, it still gets stuck. PLEASE fix this problem!!! Thanks!!
