Since you are experiencing this problem, I would like you to try and boot your computer in Safe Mode, which loads Windows with only the necessary drivers, then try using IncrediMail again.

To boot your Windows in Safe Mode, please do the following:
Print out these instructions, so that you can follow them after restarting your computer.
Restart your computer.
Before Windows starts, press the 'F8' key on your keyboard.
Select the 'Safe Mode (with Networking)' option from the 'Mode Select' menu.
After Windows starts up, open IncrediMail and let me know if the problem continues to occur.


Note: To restore your computer to its normal state, simply reboot it.

Please click the 'Help' menu and select 'Licenses' which products appear in the window that opens?

I have downloaded IM but now I can't install it. I've tried repeatedly. I am getting several error messages, here's one: error 1904.Module C:/Program..etc... failed to register HRESULT - 2147220473. Contact your support personnel. And this: app failed to initialize properly (0xc0000034). Click on OK to terminate the application. Can someone please HELP?! I can't get an answer on the forum or online help. I think I have VIP but don't know because I can't install IM!

In this case, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5:

If the problem continues, first save the above executable to your computer, then right-click on the file and select the option "Run as administrator".

If the problem still continues, temporarily disable your anti-virus software and then run the executable, as the anti-virus may be blocking the installation.
