Cannot use my registration code

Dear Sir,

I've purchased Incredimail premium a few years back and it was working perfect.

I've formatted my system and upgraded it to Windows 7 recently. After that, I cannot register Incredimail with my registration code. It says "This code cannot be automatically activated again".

Please help.

Hello!
I have exactly the same problem, as above.
I purchased Incredimail in 2002 or 2003; when I changed pc, I didn't have any problem to re-install and re-activate my IM.
Now, after my pc's format, I get the message: This code cannot be automatically activated again

I've already sent an email with my full details (name, new email address, address as well as the code not working).
