Cannot Download Skins

Hi,
I moved today to Incredimail 2 from Xe and everything is working fine excepts the fact that I cannot download any skin from

it keeps telling me to buy a Premium licence.
Well, the problem is that I am already a registered user, my licence code is shown in the Help dialog and I can even use the Intelligent Notifier.
I went thru the forum and I have seen that a trick could be to close Incredimail, delete the Licence folder and re-enter the licence code again.
I did that a couple of times, but the problem is still there.
Any suggestion ?

Running Windows XP (SP3) and french version of Incredimail 6034395

Did you try to download content using Internet Explorer ? What is your Internet Explorer version ?

Try to download skins using Internet Explorer and let me know the results.

I had the same problem and then I read to try downloading from IE not Google Chrome and it worked. Thank you!

Hi,
changed my default browser from Firefox 3.5.5 to IE 8.06.001 as you suggested, and downloading did work.

OK, everything fine then :D

By the way, thanks for this new version of Incredimail, it offers a lot of goodies I was looking for.

One point is still to improve in my view , this is the layout of the address book; it would be great to expand it with all the fields included in Outllook (express and office) and ensure full Import / Export.
I think that many of your customers do have SmartPhones which offer this level of details for contacts and full synchronisation (thus backup) with Outlook so full compatibility between Incredimail and Outlook address books would avoid maintenance of two different sets (only an Export / Import) ..... pending SmarPhones provide native synchronisation with Incredimail.
