Can Not use Premium Account

Dear Sir,

It was 2 years ago that i bought licence from your company. I think i have installed and uninstalled due to computers usual problems. But now i am not able to install registration code due to message saying " This code cann not be activated again. For assitance contact purchase@incredimail.com." Could you please help me about this problem.
