No technical assistance through the PM system

If you have any problem with one of IncrediMail products, please open a new topic for it in the relevant forum.

Technical PM will be ignored.

Nous n'assurons pas de support par le système des messages privés (MP).

En cas de problème avec IncrediMail vous devez ouvrir un nouveau topic, aucune demande de support par MP ne sera traitée, sans exception ni explication.

Les messages techniques postés par MP seront donc systématiquement ignorés a moins que le support vous y invite par le biais du forum.
Il est inutile de multiplier les appels aux modérateurs en MP, les cas d'abus seront sanctionnés.
