Windows 7 inbox file name

Postby rerndahl » Mon Mar 12, 2012 4:32 pm

Your IncrediMail Version: 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
When I installed incredimail I didn't realize that my messages would be automatically removed from the server. I was having a problem with incredimail and had to reinstall it and now my inbox files are gone. How can I get them back? What is the file name that they would be stored in? Where are the files stored? Is there a way to get them back? I thought reinstalling incredimail would not remove my inbox files.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:

Please provide a full description of the problem:

Most Email Providers do not allow you to return messages to the Server once they are downloaded.

If your Email Provider allows you to do so, you can save the messages by clicking 'File' and then 'Save as' for each message.

I don't think you understand. The messages downloaded to incredimail and were removed from my email server. I'm trying to find them in incredimail. They disappeared after I reloaded incredimail. Where does incredimail store them?
