Please provide a full description of the problem:
I keep losing all my animations and sounds from my style box...I need the noback program to get them back again...this has been going on for far too long now..will anyone be fixing this problem soon?

To reinstall all your IncrediMail content, please click on the following link - http://www2l.incredimail.com/contents/s ... oback5.exe

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Is there a reason why all animations and music keeps disappearing every day?!!!! I am so tired of running the noback program to get my animations and music back on a daily basis! Extremely frustrating!!

we are not aware of a bug in the program which should cause your content to disappear on a daily basis, we will try to reproduce this issue on our computers.

Please try running IncrediMail as an administrator and let me know if the issue continues to occur.
