What have you done before the problem occurred?
nothing I just tried to open incredimail
I have reinstalled incredimail but still get the same error
My internet browser is explorer 11


If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I get a message saying incredimail needs to close but it will not close and the service is not stable

I'd like you to download the full setup file for IncrediMail and see if that solves the problem.
