blocked senders

What have you done before the problem occurred?

Please provide a full description of the problem:
My biggest issue is I cannot find my blocked users list, I know it used to be there but has disappeared. I tried to download incredimail again but it wouldn't let me. any help appreciated.

The Blocked Senders list is located in the Tools menu.

What do you do prior to getting the error messages you mentioned?

There is no mention of blocked senders in the tools. I still cannot open mail that has been saved. I just downloaded the latest version but it is still the same.

What options do you see in the Tools menu in the main IncrediMail window?

Check spelling
spelling options
select reciepts
check addresses
signature

In this case, please click on "Tools" in the top menu of the main IncrediMail window, not the individual message window.

If you don't see the top menu items, simply click on "Menu" in the top-right corner of the IncrediMail window.

I dont care if I never see "Windows has blocked some startup programs..." again, blocking my view of some Desktop icons. How do I get rid of it?
