Issue with accessing an specific email

Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
This a regular issue as I receive an email from this address every day.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Then it appears the message Incredimail is not responding and offering to close or wait to respond. Even when I wait nothing happens.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
Everytime I receive an email from and I double click to open it. A blueish circle appears and start looping for a long while. It only happens with this email address mind you. Why?

Please note that this is an address you cannot send messages to (like most company addresses starting with 'noreply'), it is usually used by companies to send users newsletters or notifications and replies cannot be sent to these addresses.
