What have you done before the problem occurred?
Contacted the email address, not their problem. Contacted my server, not their problem. Seems Incredimail is blocking the email address.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Message could not be delivered. This is a permanent error. The following address failed: club.report@mail1.acbl.org (reading confirmation); 550 Service unavailable; Client host
[cdptpaomtalb.mail.rr.com] blocked by bl.spamcop.net; 75.180.132.120 (club.report@mail1.acbl.org:blocked)


Please provide a full description of the problem:
I keep receiving a mail system error when I try to send an email to club.report@mail1.acbl.org. I have used this email address since January without
a problem, now this error message is received? I need this report to be sent by tomorrow, September 6th. I tried sending it on my wife's computer
but she also uses Incredimail and the same error message was received. Can anybody help me?
I have contacted this specific email address and my server, but both claim the error is not their fault.
