Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Started system , Forward e-mail

550 5.1.1 Not our Customer

Please provide a full description of the problem:
Not much to add. I started computer, checked e-mail, attempted to forward one e-mail and I keep getting this message.??

Are you only unable to send a specific message or all messages?
