Problem with E-Mail ETC.

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 2
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Actually it says FireFox 24.0

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
No errors appear.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I never changed or did anything. But in trying to send a test mail to me it comes back as spam and that never did happen before
since that is my default e-mail address. This also happens when I delete E - Mail from my Incredi - Mail Plus.
The dump truck doesn't come out and delete the e -mail. I thought that was part of the Incredi - Mail Plus package which I paid for.
I have been charged enough through this company, after buying a Lifetime Member ship many years ago. I consider a
Lifetime Membership, just that, and you shouldn't be charged as time goes on with new things. I hope this issue will be
resolved soon. Thank you.

This question has been in here since October 10th and no one has answered it. What a worthless
forum with no help, and the product now is going downhill from when I bought it many years ago.
It has cost me twice again what I paid for it in the beginning for a lifetime membership.
You will not get anymore of my money since you can't even answer a question, that was put here 2
weeks ago. <No>

Click 'Run' and when the file download completes, click 'Run' again

When you see the problem on your computer screen again, click the 'Make Screenshot' in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Close the IncrediMail Screenshot Creator and attach the 'IncrediMail_Screenshot_0001.jpg' file created on your Desktop to your reply.
