problems

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?

hello
1. why when i delete some mail it don't go to the "deleted items" but disappear completly ?
2. why when i close I.M, the deleted items before a date are not delete : the parameters are well configurate ! i 've to do it manually by right clic on the icon of I.M
this problems appeared since the last up date

1. Does it occur to all messages you delete or just some? When did this issue start occurring?

2. Are you able to manually delete these messages? Do some messages delete when you exit IncrediMail?

1. no not all. I can't say since when...
2. I can delete old mails only by right click "quitter" on icon .old messages not delete when exit I.M
