erratic incoming mail

my incoming mail is not stable,it may appear any place in the list. I tried downloading incredimail again but it is still the same. <Rock> <Rock> <Rock>

To sort the messages by date/time received, simply click on the "Received" caption at the top of the message list. To reverse the order, simply click on "Received" once again.

If you don't see the "Received" caption, simply right-click on the empty space to the right of the search box just above the message list, and click on "Show Sort Bar".

If the problem continues, I would like you to reconfigure your email account using the "Email Setup Wizard":

1. In the main IncrediMail window, click on "Tools" and select "Email Accounts".

2. Choose your account, click on "Remove". To reconfigure the account, click on "Add".

3. In the Account Wizard window, choose "Let me configure settings myself", and click on "Next".

4. Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click on "Other".

5. Follow the instructions to setup your account.

Note: Make sure the password you have entered is identical to the one your mail provider has given you.

If the problem still continues, I would like you to open a new identity and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Please let me know the results.

I have had my provider check my details and all is OK there , I was given an incredimail support no 0800 098 8545 but it is either engaged or is the wrong no.what can I do now??? <Sad Smile>

Forgot to tell you , If I send myself an email it shows in the sent items but is not in the in box.

I hope the moderator can help me, according to microsoft essentiels, my incredimail is incompatible with windows 7, why I do not know, I have downloaded outlook, which is usable but not anywhere near as good as incred, I was wondering if I upgraded to your paid version it would cure the erratic message problem?
I used to be able to send myself a message to double check it was working, now if I do that the message just disappears. Please advise me on my options.

To be sure, have you tried creating a new identity in IncrediMail, as this often resolves such unusual issues ?

As a reminder...
