copy and paste

What have you done before the problem occurred?
had a great incredimail

i can't copy and paste anything to my emails i can do a crtl a and copy to notepad but nothing from email to email nothing into any email help i've been going through vip support nothing has worked helpppp

can it be from the new adobe update because before it was working

Hi,

First click in the body of the email then right click and paste or use keycombo 'ctrl' + 'v' or 'ctrl' + 'c' to copy. But first click in email body.

Hello, I am having the same problem. Cannot cut/copy and paste within Incredimail or from outside [I mean for example from a web page into an email].
Also, when I use spell-check on a wrongly spelt word it ticks it to say corrected but does not correct it! The word remains wrong with a green tick next to it! Can anyone help please? [windows 7] Thanks, Jan

Hey there I had a copy and paste problem, If i highlighted text and tried to copy I would get and error see below, also I could not copy anything into a new email. I contacted support and they helped me solve the issue, hope this helps see below.

So when I tried to highlight text and copy I received iamview error. I was trying to insert and image here but it wont work

but the solution was this


Please try to perform the following steps:

First, Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (near the computer clock) and select 'Exit'.

Click the Windows 'Start' menu and select 'Run'. In the 'Run' dialog, enter 'regedit'.

Next, navigate to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones

When i opened the Zones folder there was and extra entry there

under Zones there was a folder that was title with a square box above the folder tile 1.
I removed that restarted my computer
and the problem was solved..

To address this issue, please try resetting the Internet Explorer settings as instructed in the online article at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

Note: As IncrediMail uses the plugins from Internet Explorer, you must reset the settings in Internet Explorer. This is regardless of the browser you actually use to access the internet.

After that, please restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
