not getting mail via incredimail ( Now resolved )

What have you done before the problem occurred?
sent / received mail

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
no error message

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I am not getting mail via incredimail despite the mail accounts being on incredimail

Now resolved using su_8263.exe complete removal tool.
then reinstalling
