Incredimail backup not working properly

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I installed and paid incredimail backup.

<Sad Smile> When i restore the account in my new Pc, only mails until december 2012 are available. It seems that the message store directory has not been updated since this date. Is it a problem of size or maximum number of mails, how CAN i save and restore my 2013 mails ?

dear sirs

when restore form backup files (7 file - 4.33 gb) and until finish every thing is ok and on c: drive i lose 5 gb of space but when i open the IM i cant see any emil on inbox, can any one guide me how to repair this problem its so important to me because all of my works email on it.
i know i can import from identities folder but i so hard because i have several email accounts on this software and when want import from folder i see many folders to import and when choose and import only emails until 2009 restored.!!
