What have you done before the problem occurred?

Plaese save the supportutil.dat fil( attached tothe Increditmail Support email) to you desktop and try again
If the problem persit contact incredit mail suppot

J'ai voulu lancer incredit mail avec su 1794 qui nettoie le runtime mais celui ci me met un message d'erreur
disque dur

Que faire, car je ne peux plus le reintaller

I have the new delete runtime program but I can not figure out how to post it to the board because it is on an email. Whenever I try to upload tells me that I can't upload an .exe or .eml file.

If you would like me to email you the program I can do that if you give me your email can email me privately if you don't want to post it.
