Cannot install purchased spam blocker, getting runtime error

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing, just purchased product and ready to install and it won't install because of runtime error

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:

Please provide a full description of the problem:
Not much to describe, it was purchased today (3/29) and when I click install, it will not install because of the runtime error notice. Been trying to find help on Incredimail, but to no avail. Can you help?

I am having the same problem. I have uninstalled IncrediMail, restarted my computer, reinstalled IncrediMail and I still cannot get the Spam blocker to install completely. I can enter the activation code, but when I try to install the Security Center, I get that runtime error message in a browser window.

In this case, please install the latest version of Protection Center which can be downloaded at:
http://www.incredimail.com/english/down ... tioncenter

In addition, please do the following:
1. In the main IncrediMail window, click on Tools > Email Accounts.
2. Select the email account and click on "Properties".
3. On the Advanced tab, verify that the option "Apply the Spam Blocker when receiving messages to this account" is enabled.
4. Click on OK.
5. Repeat the above steps for each email account set up in IncrediMail.
