Repeated failures

Your IncrediMail Version: 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Open the Write a message window

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Sometimes no message but some problems

Sometime "wait ..." after the Paste action for as long as 7/8 min

but problems in writing a message.


Please provide a full description of the problem:
1. total freeze
or
2. Very slow in pasting
or
3. Change mail dat that is have to re- enter ID and PW


Ultimately end resul is not working and have to re-install.
Done at least 3/4 times within last 3 months.

Now new installer stubbornly installs toolbar and change my Search and Default page.
On un-installing bar and reverting to my original defauls it starts behaving the same just within a week.

The problem you are experiencing can usually be solved by deleting your IncrediMail 'Runtime' folder. This folder saves all the recent content that you have used, allowing IncrediMail to reuse the content you have already used, without reloading it to your computer's memory, losing time and computer resources.

If you delete this folder, it will be automatically recreated and the IncrediMail content will begin to be saved again.

To delete your 'Runtime' folder, please enter the link below:

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.
