Junkfilter won't install with IM 2

Hi,

I formatted my whole PC a few days ago. I reinstalled Incredimail 2 (latest version), applied my 2 licences, premium & Junkfilter, when junkfilter was applied, I tried to activate it, told me it wasn't installed (until here, normal), got directed to the download link and installed junkfilter.
Restarted incredimail, but now it tells me junkfilter is NOT installed!!!!!! And I can do that all over and over and over again and it doesn't work! I can't reinstall Junkfilter and therefore can't use it at all.

I need URGENT help please, it's been a week now, i've opened tickets but no answer whatsoever....

PS: I read a similar post on this forum, but IE is already my default browser, so this solution doesn't work for me.

Please write down the link you have received for JunkFilter Plus installation. Also, please send me a screenshot of the problem you encounter. To create the screenshot, please click here, click 'Run' and when the file download completes, click 'Run' again.

When you see the problem on your computer screen again, click the 'Make Screenshot' in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Close the IncrediMail Screenshot Creator and attach the IncrediMail_Screenshot_0001.jpg file created on your Desktop to your reply.

I have the exact same problem with Junk Filter Plus. Also it will not accept a couple of my registration codes. Please help solve this.....

Can we connect to your computer by a remote connection?

I would like one of our R&D engineers, to take a look on this issue.

As soon as Incredimail support will reset my purchases and I can activate them you can logon remotely ad see whats wrong. Premium, Gold and Junk Filter Plus have all been purchased by me for two seperate computers.

Please try to download and install the JunkFilter Plus setup file from the following link:

http://www5l.incredimail.com/im/setup/beta/junkfilterplus/JunkFilterPlusSetup.exe
