Please try running IncrediMail as administrator and let me know if the issue persists.

Wow, I am having the same problems and exactly the same total lack of service from incredimail tech dept. It's almost as if they didn't exist or unable to read. Have been waiting for weeks without hearing a word from them. I am so po'd that if I knew where their home office was i would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't mind the lack of tech service if I was using the "free" version but I am a "PAID" member.

I am having the same problem since a few days...suddenly IM got stuck, I still receive emails but can't read them as they don't show in the panel, nor can I move to the other folders. I have followed the instructions of the automated chat with no result. Have uninstalled and reinstalled both version 2.0 and 2.5...nothing. Can anybody help???

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed?

What did you do prior to this occurring?

Have you tried re-configuring your account?

I am having the same issues as all the above. I need my emails and the data that I have saved. I cannot open it at all to check it either. It does nothing at all. <Devil> <No>

This is what I get ...

This application has requseted the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for information.

HELP HELP HELP ..... NOW not WEEKS from now. Can send me message at rtkos63@wcta.net on how to fix it and not lose my stuff.

Do you have administrator's privileges on your computer?

Did the same issue occur in IncrediMail 2.5 as well?
