Incredimail Does Not Recognize Flah Player

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I completed a fresh installation of Windows 7. Installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from the Adobe site

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
You need to complete the Flash installation in order to use your Incredimail.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
When I try to install Incredimail I get the following message You need to complete the Flash installation in order to use your Incredimail. I have uninstalled Adobe Flash and Incredimail multiple times but each time keep getting the same message that I need to complete the flash installation in order to use Incredimail

OK Incredimail people. I have this exact same problem. I have 10,000+ emails I cannot access because IM will not run without Flash player and IM says it's not installed when it is installed (a previous version because the newest version won't install). Please help us.

I have the same issue - the newest version of flash IS INSTALLED on my computer - yet IM will not open

<Smile> I have solved the problem with Incredimail not recognizing Adobe Flash!!!

Incredimail will not install Flash on Mozilla Firefox.

You must remove Incredimail and Flash from you computer, open Internet Explorer, reinstall Flash and Incredimail, then close IE and open Firefox.

All you need to do is install Flash using your Internet Explorer.

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Browse to this link to open the Adobe website: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Click "Install now" to reinstall Adobe Flash Player.

Restart IncrediMail and the problem should be solved. <Smile>
