Based on the recent information. IncrediMail is being updated thats what I have been told so if IncrediMail is not working by January 1, 2016 Time 3 p.m. EST then you ae requested to contact IncrediMailHelpDesk(dot)com.

It's being updated for the new year or something. <Big Smile> Hope this was help.

So the work around to open incredimail is not working...please advise as to when the issues will be fixed.

We upgraded to Windows 10 and were using Incredimail 2.5 for a few days with no problems. But today it stopped working and kept crashing on startup. The crash report mentioned flash.ocx.

So what changed? I noticed there was a Windows security update "Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3132372)" that came in yesterday. When I uninstalled this and restarted my PC Incredimail started working again.

It's obviously not a good idea to be uninstalling security patches. The real answer for a new version of Incredimail to fix these issues. Can anyone say when this will become available?

the by Incredimail suggested fix on the crashes caused recently bythe windows update does not work for me. I read up on the internet and a helpful computer wizard suggested to uninstall KB3132372. Incredimail works again till Windows pushes the next update.I hope this helps creating a more strucural fix. Happy New Year ! An

NO...INCREDIMAIL WILL NOT work with the new Windows 10 update....it crashes....have gone to Thunderbird that works much faster. I can't believe the staff was not on this...must have seen is coming. Have used the program for years and now lost all my contacts. <Devil>

I would just like to add that the suggested work-around does not work. At least not for me. Period. The cavalier attitude of the support personnel is disappointing to say the least. I am a VIP Support member and I cannot get the program to open in order to access the VIP Support forum. Need to do better people.
