What have you done before the problem occurred?
I have a MAJOR question

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I am about to install WINDOWS 10 in 2 months.. Am I still gonna be able to use Incredimail ? IE will no longer be my browser for WINDOWS. It will be Microsoft Edge.
Are you people on top of this ? I sure hope so.! I would hate to see my Incredimail go away. URGENT ANSWER APPRECIATED !

As you have had no response, I am going on the assumption that Incredimail will not be compatible with Windows 10. I have backed up all my data just in case it does work!! I have been a loyal follower of Incredimail for 12 or more years and don't want to lose it, but I am taking the plunge with Windows 10 tomorrow! emoticon-0184-tmi

I got incredimail 2.0 and it works perfectly with windows 10 a lot better then what 2.5 worked with windows 8.1

yes I can confirm incredimail works fine with windows 10

Did you need to uninstall and reinstall Incredimail 2.0? Or did it remain through the install of Windows 10 and all of your old emails were unaffected?

it remained though the install I didn't have to reinstall it and all emails was transfer over too

I have found numerous problems with Incredimail 2.5 and Windows 10.
If I try to alter any options I get an error.
The top right hand side windows is just black all the time.
It keeps getting upset if I delete emails.

I am now finding with Windows 10 Windows defender throws out Incredimail download as having a virus in it.

I am still getting errors if I try to stop Incredimail browser from working.
