By design, the latest messages should be displayed first in the message string.

If the earlier messages are not displayed, please click on Tools > Options > Emails, and enable the option "Include email source on Reply".

To address this issue, please run the following executable: ... licens.exe

When done, open IncrediMail and then register the license codes.

If the problem continues, based on experience, it is most probably the anti-virus which is deleting the "imk" (i.e. license) files when running a system scan as it doesn't recognize them.

Therefore, please somehow make an exception for the "imk" files or configure your anti-virus to not scan the C:\ProgramData\IncrediMail\Data\Licenses folder.

There is nothing which can be done in the IncrediMail application to resolve the matter.

Windows 10 is compatible with Incredimail 2.0. The longer you have had Incredimail, the more important it seems to be, to stay with the version of Incremail that you used to create your data. I have been using Incredimail for over 10 years, and every time I have my hard drive wiped, I make certain to run the installer for the previous version I was using so I'll be able to import my settings, data, letters and animations. I hope I'll be able to find all of those things right now as I'm going through that at that moment.

In this case, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.0: ... =fullsetup

While IncrediMail 2.0 should work fine on Windows 10, it is not officially supported.

What if i change the system and Configure the same account on the new machine? Will i get all my email Back?

As IncrediMail is only a mail client, the data is stored locally on your computer, not on our servers.

Therefore, to transfer the existing folders, messages and contacts, please do the following:

On the old computer...

1. Exit the IncrediMail application by right-clicking on the icon in your Windows taskbar and selecting "Exit".

2. In File Explorer, browse to the following path:

Note: YOURUSER refers to your actual Windows user. As the "AppData" folder may sometimes be hidden, for instructions on how to show hidden files and folders in Windows, please refer to the online article at: ... dden-files

3. Copy the "Identities" folder to the Desktop on your new computer.

On the new computer...

4. Open IncrediMail, click on File > Import and Export > Import Messages.

5. In the pop-up window, select "IncrediMail" and click on Next.

6. Click "Select Folder" and browse to the "Identities" folder located on your Desktop. Click on Next.

7. Select the option "All Folders". Click on Next.

8. When complete, click on Finish.

9. In the main IncrediMail window, click on File > Import and Export > Import Contacts.

10. In the pop-up window, select "IncrediMail Address Book" and click on Next.

11. Click "Select Folder" and browse to the "Identities" folder located on your Desktop. Click on Next.

12. When complete, click on Finish.
