Cannot get incredimail to recognize I have flash installed o

Your IncrediMail Version: Free
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing. I just downloaded Incredimail as per instructions, ran the programme,but was told I needed to instal Flash, which I did. Still will not worl

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Cannot use Incredimail unless you install Adobe Flash

Please do the following in order to correct the issue you are experiencing:

1. Please click the following link and save the Uninstall file to your desktop: http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

2. Close all browsers and run the downloaded file.

3. Once the Adobe Flash Player is uninstalled, please open Internet Explorer click the following link to reinstall the flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Please Note: You will need to install Adobe Flash Player using Internet Explorer in order to completely correct the issue.

This should solve the problem you are encountering.

I have the same problem. Followed the above directions to no avail. I can't get the newest Flash player to install. I did get a previous version to install, but Incredimail won't run on it. It just keeps telling me Flash isn't installed.

Please help.

Reinstalling your Flash using Internet Explorer should definitely solve this Flash installation loop.

Please follow these instructions carefully and problem should be solved:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

Note: As IncrediMail uses the flash plugins from Internet Explorer, you must install Flash Player in Internet Explorer. This is regardless of the browser you actually use to access the internet.

2. Click the following link to open the Adobe website: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Click "Install now" to reinstall Adobe Flash Player.

4. Restart your IncrediMail and check the results.
