New Version 2.5 - Inbox not syncing ????

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Attempted to fix win7 corrupted user 'A'. I signed on as 2ndary user 'B' and opened Incredimail. It updated to version 2.5 automatically, I recall..

Please provide a full description of the problem:
Issue #1. Version 2.5 upgrade created inboxes, but did not connect them to the original account settings. Emails come through but go to folders under 'On My Computer'. See attached screenshot.
Issue #2. So, I decided to uninstall version 2.5 and reinstall prior version 2.0. All went fine, and Incredimail looked like before 2.5. However, emails from last 10 days disappeared. What's up with that?
Issue #3. Version 2.5 Upgrading does not seem to be work very well and with Win 10 .. probably not going to get any better. I'll stay at version 2.0.

Submitted this to VP support. Got response to the affect ... "IM Vers 2.5 is the only version compatible with Windows 10. Please install version 2.5. It is not recommended to reinstall prior versions" ... pretty much no help there .. did they even read the support ticket description?
