Missing File

After taking the windows 10 update, my IM crashed.
I was advised by IM Support to re-install.
Also to remove the last update, which I dis successfully.
I am trying to reinstall IM but it keeps coming up with this message:

The path
C:\Users\Rhonda\AppData\Local\Temp\IMInstaller\IncrediMail\DISK1\IncrediMail.msi cannot be found.
Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'IncrediMail.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product IncrediMail.

Please let me know what I should do next to get this issue resolved.
