Cannot re-install paid subscription

When Incredimail kept crashing, it wouldn't even stay open long enough for me to contact support so I uninstalled it and then downloaded it again. But incredimailsetup(5).exe is a 'dead' link. When I click on it, nothing happens. The software won't open at all so I cannot re-install. I have a paid subscription and I would like to know how to make it work so that I can re-install it. Thank you.
