Install virus?

Postby lostblokephil » Tue Feb 02, 2016 1:23 pm

I tried to reinstall Incredimail 2.5 to my laptop running windows 10. The instant I ran the setup, my anti virus flagged that 'PUA/ClientConnect (Cloud)' was trying to be installed, and stopped it. Is this a legit part of set up or, is it as stated a virus, and, if so, how can I get around it to install Incredimail?

Regards

In this case, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5:
http://www5l.incredimail.com/im/imsetup ... lSetup.exe

If the problem continues, as we can verify the integrity of our software, temporarily disable your anti-virus program and then run the installation.

Please let me know the results.

To better address this issue, I would like you to post a screenshot of the exact problem you encounter for further review.

To create the screenshot, please run the following executable:
http://www2.incredimail.com/contents/se ... enshot.exe

When you see the problem again, click on "Make Screenshot" in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Close the IncrediMail Screenshot Creator and attach the "IncrediMail_Screenshot_0001.JPG" file located on your Desktop to your next post.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
