Can't install fix version opening problem

I can't install the new version fixing the opening issue of last week.

I download it, but when I dubbelclik on the exe, nothing happens.

Can you help me ?

Dear,

Can somebody help me ?

I cannot open Incredimail anymore for more than a week and trying to install the version fixing this issue gives no result.
When I launch the exe, nothing happens.
I don't know how I can solve this problem and need urgent access to my previous mail.

I have been with Incredimail from the beginning. Have GOLD, PREMIUM AND LETTER CREATOR. Windows 7 upgraded to 10.

Started having problems on Jan 4, 2016. Could not open Incredimail after the update from Microsoft. Was advised to uninstall (KB3132372) which I did. Ok for a while.

Was advised of the new upgrade which would fix all. Tried to download. Would not download and received error message 2753 "IMsetup.exe" is not marked for installation. ?? Contacted support and was advised to remove all of Incredimail, but to be sure to backup data for import after new installation.

Guess what, not only do I not have ANY INCREDIMAIL , but now I cannot download even the basis incredimail application from the web. I keep receiving the same error message 2753. <Sad Smile>

Anyone have suggestions??

Once again I cannot open Incredimail and I cannot install the version fixing the problem.
Once I launch the setup, nothing happens.

In this case, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5:
http://www5l.incredimail.com/im/imsetup ... lSetup.exe

If the problem continues, first save the above executable to your computer, then right-click on the file and select the option "Run as administrator".

If the problem still continues, temporarily disable your anti-virus software and then run the executable, as the anti-virus may be blocking the installation.

Please let me know the results.
