Import Problem Identity Folder

trying to re install Incredimail on a new computer. When doing the Import messages not all folders are imported especially the incredimail folders.
Identity folder created on the original machine has a PN 160778995 and the new machine has a PN 161247254
could this difference in PN numbers be the cause?
I am running windows 10 pro on both machines. have not had any problems with windows 10.

In this case, when importing the messages, rather than selecting the option "All Folders", please select the option "Select Folders" and then try importing the individual folders into your current installation.
