Hi when ever i receive incoming emails they are all over the place, (not in oder of sent) can anyone tell me what i have to do to solve this problem.

To sort the messages by date/time received, simply click on the "Received" caption at the top of the message list. To reverse the order, simply click on "Received" once again.

If you don't see the "Received" caption, simply right-click on the empty space to the right of the search box just above the message list, and click on "Show Sort Bar".
