Lost email

I saved the IM folder, because I had to format your PC, but once imported mail, I realized that I have lost some mail (ex. I have a few emails of March 2016 to pass at July 2015). How can such a thing? Are not all emails saved in the IM folder? It 'a big deal because I have some important work emails. Thank you.

In this case, when importing the messages, rather than selecting the option "All Folders", please select the option "Select Folders" and then try importing the individual folders into your current installation.
