JunkFilter plus compatibility with Incredimail 2.0

Hello,

I use IM version 2.0 and have just bought JunkFilter Plus, have already activated my license but when I click the link to install the application, I get an error message that says that the application I'm downloading is not compatible with IM 2.0 and I should download JunkFilter Plus for IM 2.0. But I cannot locate the link anywhere. Where can I find it? PLease help ASAP.

My computer crashed awhile back, when rebuilding, I down loaded Incredimail 2. I also have Junk Mail Filter and reentered the proper data. I got the same error as everyone here. I was told to down load version 2 of Incredimail and down load Junk filter, turn off Incredimail then restart and I would have my Junk Filter on. I have done this several times and still get the error that I need to down load Junk mail filter for version 2.

I can't find that link and I was told to come here for answers. Well...,anybody here got the Answer????????????????????????????????????????????

If you are using Firefox as your browser maybe try using IE while downloading. It worked for this guy here:

Hello there,
are we going to get a solution to this issue? I have purchased the Junk filter one week ago and still cannot use it. This is really really upsetting.

I am sure IM will get this sorted. They are obviously aware that this is a prob for many and will supply a fix ASAP. Check this forum!

Please try to download and install the JunkFilter Plus setup file from the following link:
