HELP!! Transfer Wizard does not work...

I have downloaded and installed latest version of Incredimail on my new computer.
I have used Data and settings Transfer Wizard for exporting Data and Settings from latest version of Incredimail Plus on my old computer.
I recieve message at end of process that everything is OK
I copy IncrediMail Transfered Data file to dropbox.
I open Incredimail on my new computer and use the Data and Settings Transfer wizard to import Data and Settings
I recieve message at end of process telling me it is all ok and done, I finish process..

NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH INCREDIMAIL ON MY NEW COMPUTER.. It is empty as it was before importing data and settings.
I restart Incredimail, nothing changes
I restar computer, nothing changes.
I repeat whole process NOTHING CHANGES

Why does this not work?
What can I do???

Please help, thank you.

Yeah, it seems Incredimail/Perion is not interested to help in this matter. I asked similar question about the old transfer system but they don't answer. Bad customer support!!

Hello,

In this case, to manually import the previous folders, messages and contacts, please do the following:

First, please download WinRAR at:
http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-64-bit/ ... 65579.html

Then...

1. In Windows Explorer, copy the "IncrediMail Transferred Data" folder to your Windows Desktop.

2. Open the "IncrediMail Transferred Data" folder now contained on your Desktop, right-click on the "IncrediMail Data.cab" file, and select the option "Extract Here". Depending on the size of your files, the extraction may take a few moments.

3. Open IncrediMail, click on File > Import and Export > Import Messages.

4. In the pop-up window, select "IncrediMail" and click Next.

5. Click "Select Folder" and browse to the "Identities" folder contained in the "IncrediMail Transferred Data" folder on your Desktop. Click on Next.

6. Select the option "All Folders". Click on Next.

7. When complete, click on Finish.

8. In the main IncrediMail window, click on File > Import and Export > Import Contacts.

9. In the pop-up window, select "IncrediMail Address Book" and click on Next.

10. Click "Select Folder" and browse to the "Identities" folder contained in the "IncrediMail Transferred Data" folder on your Desktop. Click on Next.

11. When complete, click on Finish.
