In this case, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5:
http://www5l.incredimail.com/im/imsetup ... lSetup.exe

If the problem continues, first save the above executable to your computer, then right-click on the file and select the option "Run as administrator".

If the problem still continues, temporarily disable your anti-virus software and then download/run the executable, as the anti-virus may be preventing the completion of the installation.

I am sorry for brining this up again but I have tried all that you have said but I still can not get incredimail to run . I am running a fresh copy of windows 7 please can you help ?

In this case, are you unable to install IncrediMail on your computer OR are you unable to open IncrediMail after completing the installation ?

The two problems are very different.
