By design, the spam messages should be placed in the Spam folder in the left panel of the main IncrediMail window.

I don't have a spam folder on the left. How do I put it in there?

As this would indicate that you are not licensed for Protection Center, you are welcome to order Protection Center on our website at:
http://www.incredimail.com/en/products/protectioncenter

Alternatively, if you wish to only receive messages from approved contacts in your Inbox, simply click on Tools > Message Rules, and add the following message rule:

If - Received from unapproved sender
then - Move it to - <Appropriate Folder>

Note: You may need to create a new folder for the above rule (e.g. Unapproved).

Done what you told me to do, nothing going into the spam folder. some of the spam is going into the outbox. If I upgrade to the
IncrediMail Plus will it have a spam folder with it and is that cost forever or do you have to pay it each month????????????????? <Devil>

If you would like to turn on the spam filter in IncrediMail, you are welcome to order Protection Center on our website at:
http://www.incredimail.com/en/products/protectioncenter

Currently, the IncredImail products are annual subscriptions, meaning they must be renewed yearly.
