some of my incoming e mail will not scroll when I want to look at them and other scroll just fine.

Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution.
As a workaround, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.

are you using gmail or outlook.com for your emails

As Incredimail is a mail client, the provider is wholly determined by the user and thus he/she needs to configure the email account.
