** Please Help ** Connecting to another email provider

Hi

for a while now my Incredimail has been crashing and takes a while to get in to it, yesterday i decided to remove the programme and re-install hoping it would fix the probelm but after doing that it said i had a dll file missing i eventually found the file online and installed (well i think i did) the software uploaded fine but one i put in my details of my email provider Gmail it just would not accept my account.
i have tried the help page set up advice but im not having any luck at all.
i have made a new email account with another provider and Incredimail accepted this without any problems.

also part of my query is in this picture the outgoing mail server shouldnt this be smtp.gmail.com although i did alter this i still could not access the Gmail.

i have also seen this error code : Keylib error: #8 -> CANNOT READ FILE

apologies if this has been posted before im not right good with computers so any help would be appreciated.

To address this issue, please allow less secure apps to access your Gmail account as instructed in the online article at:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255

After that, please click on Tools > Email Accounts, remove your existing account, and then add it once again.

If the problem continues, please turn off 2-Step Verification as instructed in the online article at:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1064203

After that, please click on Tools > Email Accounts, remove your existing account, and then add it once again.

If the problem still continues, I would like you to test your email account settings in Mozilla Thunderbird and see if you are indeed able to send/receive messages from that email account.

To download Mozilla Thunderbird, please go to:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/

Note: By accessing your mailbox via webmail, you are bypassing all security restrictions on your account, and thus does not help us in troubleshooting the problem.

Please let me know the results.

Hi

really appreciate you getting back to me,

i have installed the Thunderbird and that works fine with my email account from Gmail but still having trouble with IncrediMail i removed my account then added it again and it says Oops something went wrong i also keep getting this error code: Keylib error: #8 -> CANNOT READ FILE
it is really odd that i have installed IncrediMail on my parents computer and added my account without no trouble at all.

again i really appreciate your help with this.

To further address this issue, I would like you to create a new identity in IncrediMail and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Please let me know the results.

Hi

i have added the new identity but i still seem to be having a problem, i have received emails to the new identity which is great but it wont let me send an email i get an error code : 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. i3sm11092646wmb.13 - gsmtp

i am wondering if this is something to do with me changing the outgoing server details from what is shown in the screen shot i attached Submit.invitel.hu to what it is listed as at Gmail smtp.gmail.com

really sorry about this hopefully we are close to fixing the issue.

think its worked now the new identity i selected that the server needs a secure connection and its let me send the email
