To address this issue, please enable Flash Player in Internet Explorer as instructed in the online article at:
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb ... 10-ie.html

As IncrediMail uses the flash plugins from Internet Explorer, you must enable Flash Player in Internet Explorer. This is regardless of the browser you actually use to access the internet.

To launch Internet Explorer in Windows 10, simply click on the Search icon in the Windows taskbar, enter "Internet Explorer" in the search window, and press <Enter> on your keyboard.

Please let me know the results.

If you are running Windows 7, please install Flash Player by doing the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click the below link to open the Adobe website:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Click "Install now" to install Adobe Flash Player.

Please let me know the results.
