Same here. What's going on at Incredimail where their payment system doesn't work (for at least a week to my knowledge)? Also no response from support.

It appears that Perion is no longer selling the IncrediMail product. The payment links for all related products (Plus, Gold Gallery, etc.) take you to a page with an email address for existing customer support only. No one from IncrediMail support has responded to help requests on the support forum for more than a year. The product itself has not been updated since 2012. I fear it is only a matter of time before the product is shut down completely. (My guess is when Windows 7 support ends next year.) A sad end to a once wonderful product. <Sad Smile>

Hello everyone, I also can not enter my lifetime licenses for Incredimail and the gold gallery, it just will not accept them. So I contacted Incredimail and it took over a week but I did get a response and this is what they said:

Our development team is working on resolving the issue with the Registration code.
We are certain that this problem will be corrected soon.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you for your patience.

So although I still can not enter my licenses and am having serious issues using Incredimail (have to use Thunderbird mail currently while they fix this issue) I am hoping that maybe they truly are trying to fix this issue and we will get our Incredimail back. Time will tell.

Well, you are very fortunate to have even received a response from Incredimail.

How did you contact Incredimail customer support?

It has been a while, but, there was an Incredimail tech support phone line
for issues like this.

I tried everything including re-installation, links ect.......

For some reason? I lost the Incredimail password a few weeks ago.

When trying to enter a new password, I have an issues when entering
with a request for please "enter the old password".

Where is "old password" located?

I tried every password I could think of, but no joy.

I have all of my folders ect. but cannot get back into Incredimail
due to an error message "enter your password".

So, how do I change my password?

My email address is slyboots96@hotmail.com

Can anybody out there provide technical assistance?

Using Windows 7 with Gmail.

Thanks in advance,

Gerry

I have re-installed Incredimail three times.

No joy.

What I really need is someone who will provide
telephone support for this issue.

I did recover a system (W7) backup, however,
when I try to enter a new password, Incredimail asks
for "the old" password which I cannot find on
our computer.

Does anyone know where I can find the "old" password?

If any body can help me, please send an email to:

slyboots96@hotmail.com

From there we can proceed with a phone call.

Thanks to all,

Best,

Gerry
