Cant install incredimail

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I have been trying to download incredimail free edition for over a week now and everyone I have asked just does not seem to be able to give me an answer as to why
I goes through all the motions and downloads but will not install
I had it installed for some time a year or so ago but the computer went in for a clean I have not tried to install it again till now
I spent 6 hours the other day trying to work out why this will not install again
I have been told not to touch the registry and anm afraid to touch it
When I was speaking to a tech I asked him to try and he gave up also
Have not nioticed and error it just dissapears from the screen and all I have it the incredimail icon on the desktop but will not open
Hope someone can give me some help with this

How can this file not be available when I had the old incredimail
It has only happened when I tried to install incredimail 2 emoticon-0101
Can anyone give me some advice apart from going into the registry even my tech gave up trying to install it
Is the old version still available to download anywhere

It seems you encountered some MSI installer issues. I suggest that you download and install Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, search for the IncrediMail 2 value and remove it. After removing it, try to re-install IncrediMail 2 again.

I have windows vista and can not get incredimail to install either. can anyone shed any light as to what to do?

I have been having the same installation issue. I ran the Windows Installer Clean up Utility and that solved the problem. It sucks that the support folks couldn't just tell me that when I was having the problem in the beginning. I had been fighting this for nearly two weeks. Now it's fix. Thanks very much.

I am very sorry if your solution took some time. If you did not have a specific error message, or if the issue is a newly encountered one, it will take some time to find a solution.

If you run into any more issues, you should post as much relevant information as possible so the issue can be resolved asap.

With that said, I am very glad to hear your IncrediMail is now working correctly!

I have incredimail 2 already installed on a win 7 64 bit system and I am now trying to install the recommended incredimail 2 update. I am able to download the update and begin the install process however, at about the 25 percent point on the progress bar, the install process screen disappears and the install process stops. Windows Event log says msiInstaller error 10005, and details show Error 2753, imsetup.exe not marked for installaton. I have run the windows installer cleanup utility but it does not solve the problem. Any help will be appreciated.
