programme constantly running in task bar

system restore, completely removed and re installed incredimail 2

Hi my problem is that incredimail is constantly running in my task bar even after closing email programme. opening task manager I can see its still running
tried removing IM completely and doing a fresh re install still no luck

done system restore ETC. still no joy
it looks the same as when you open up IE and minimise IE , you scroll the curser over the IE icon in task bar and see its still open and running

that's how my incredimail is don't know how to fix this problem and as IM is constantly using memory up its a bit of a pain

When you close it, do you rightclick on the IM icon in the task bar and select 'Exit'?

yes I have to r/click on icon in taskbar to close programme

solved the problem of im not closing down in task bar

solution open tools in im then go to options select advanced and uncheck the box
that says always display the incredimail icon in my task bar

programme working 100% now thank god
