Problem with my code registration

Hi my hard drive crashes 2 times and the fisrt time i use my code and works fine and to the next day crash my hard drive again and i wanted to use the code again and send me the next message (in spanish im from mexico) "Este codigo no se puede volver a activar automaticamente" Please help me its urgent to se my mails instead i want to import from a older computer and the system incredimail has problems it crashes before finish to restore and i can not use incredibackup. HELP.

and still have difficulty speaking English
I am trying to activate my incredmail, however says that it can not be
registered automatically and asks to get in touch with you, want it
corrected this error, so I can register again, I bought the product a few
years and would like to use it again
