I would like to know what is going on also. I have 2 computers with 2 paid versions of incredimail and they are both crashing when starting incredimail. Mine started last week and the other half not sure, but she showed it to me to night.
Both machines win 7, mine win 7 pro. 64 bit, build 6605288. Hers win 7 home premium 64 bit But I cannot get hers to startup long enough to get a build number. It crashes every time when stating it.

To me after almost one week of dealing with Tech supports, not getting anything to work, it seems that this company has to work on a patch that fixes whatever Windows different operating systems have been updated to last week.

The last critical update basically fried Incredimail 2.5 and please Guys there's no going around the bush, as simple as that!

Incredimail please can you fix this problem (affecting many of your Customers) with a Patch??

I mean I've tried everything and my PC is not even 1 year old with a couple of programs/software installed/running on it.

Thank you!

Apparently, the latest Windows update has adversely affected the opening of the IncrediMail application.

Our developers have been made aware of the issue and are working on a solution.

In the meantime, please click on “Close Program” when receiving the error message, and then click on the IncrediMail icon near the Windows clock to launch the IncrediMail application.

You may need to perform the above procedure a few times before the IncrediMail application eventually opens.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Best regards,
