invalid code?

I just bought a new computer with Windows 10 on it and am having trouble transferring my Incredimail Premium from my old computer to my new one. I downloaded 2.5 to my new laptop but when I tried to transfer my license number, the message said the number was invalid. I am assuming that I will have the same problem with Letter Creator when I try to set that up later

For problems with the license codes, please fill out our online form at and one of our support represtatives will get back to you regarding the matter.

In the Additional Information field, please indicate the particular license codes.
